Return and Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Certain items are exempt from returns:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Sanitary and intimate goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and some health or personal care items

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to complete your return. Do not send returns to the manufacturer.

2. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel orders up to 24 hours before shipment without penalty. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number and cancellation request. We will confirm cancellation and process any refund within 3–5 business days.

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, games, or media
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, email [email protected] with your order details.

7. Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: https://yuzhinetwork.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

8. Shipping Policy

We ship domestically and internationally via trusted carriers:

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days, subject to customs

Tracking information is emailed upon shipment. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
